Mr. William is the Chief Executive Officer and a Founding Member of J.Lynne Africa CDO.

He has worked as a nurse and community organiser. He is also an experienced medical practitioner of pharmaceutical and herbal medicine and a member of the Research Institution since year 2000.

As a leader of the organisation's team, he is responsible for steering the organisation in line with it's objectives and mission.

The CEO is responsible for ensuring the development of projects is carried out efficiently with the help of the Operations Manager.

The following activates and responsibilities are handled by the CEO;

• Creation and design of affordable budgets guided by the reports provided by the Community Field Officer.
• Obtaining of licensing and permits for approved community projects.
• Secure contractors for the infrastructural projects.
• Complete school and community assessments for the requested projects.
• Provide oversight on community projects
